Osijek Airport informs passengers that, according to the Croatian Automobile Club (HAK), due to roadworks the DC2 (Osijek–Vukovar) state road is closed on the section between the village of Klisa and the junction of DC2 with county road ŽC4111 (turn-off for Bobota and Vera). The closure is in effect until 30 August.

Passengers arriving from Vukovar-Srijem County, as well as passengers coming from Serbia and Hungary via this direction, are advised to plan an earlier departure to avoid delays.

Official detour route (HAK):

• DC2 (interchange “Nemetin”) – DC213 (Sarvaš – Bijelo Brdo) – DC519 (Dalj – Borovo) – DC2 (Vukovar), and vice versa.

Note for passengers arriving from Serbia (e.g., Subotica/Sombor) and entering Croatia via the Erdut border crossing: please follow road signs for Osijek (not Vukovar) to avoid being directed towards the closed section near Klisa.

We also recommend using online navigation (e.g., Google Maps), which typically shows road closures and offers alternative routes, and following the temporary traffic regulation and on-site signage.
