Osijek Airport participates in the work of the Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK) Working Group focused on workforce development and improving the aviation education and training system.

The Working Group brings together sector stakeholders to exchange information on labour market needs and to propose measures that contribute to higher-quality education and training for aviation professionals.

Through its participation in the Working Group, Osijek Airport contributes to joint activities aimed at strengthening the long-term capacity and competitiveness of air transport in Croatia.
