On 23 January 2026, the A220-300 flies the Osijek–Munich route in place of the Dash 8 Q400 aircraft

On 23 January 2026, an Airbus A220-300 of Croatia Airlines landed at Osijek Airport for the first time. This is a one-off equipment change on the regular Osijek – Munich service, with the A220-300 (149 seats) replacing the Dash 8 Q400 (76 seats).
The A220 is operating a W-rotation Split – Munich – Osijek – Munich – Split, marking the aircraft type’s first visit to Osijek.
Summer 2026 plan: an increase from two to three weekly rotations on Osijek – Munich (additional Wednesday flight) and the introduction of a second weekly frequency on the seasonal Osijek – Split route. Ticket sales and details are available from the airline.
